Troy began his professional career in finance in the early 1990's. His
focus in finance and helping people achieve their dreams, evolved into
insurance where is main focus became helping his clients protect their
dreams. Today, Troy has nearly 30 years of experience in finance and
insurance, and has taken his startup independent agency from
a room in his home to a thriving agency in downtown Springboro, OH.
Troy has been married to his wife Bonnie for more than 30 years and
have two grown children together, McKenzie & Brayden. Time together is
a main focus in their lives. Taking long walks, gardening, working on
DIY projects, and sneaking away to the lake are a few of their
favorite pass times.

Diane has been working in insurance most of her life. Although she assists our clients with every aspect of personal lines insurance, commercial insurance is Diane’s specialty. We refer to her as the “Commercial Guru” within our agency. That’s because she has more than 30 years’ experience in all types of commercial and business insurance. Diane and her husband Craig have three sons; Sebastian, Scott, and Craig. When Diane isn’t working at Patton Ins Group, you can find her at a lacrosse field cheering on her son’s… both at the high school and collegiate levels, volunteering within her community, hanging with Thor (the four-legged member of the family), or assisting with her aging grandparents.

Murat is one of our newest agents on board. Raised in a trucking family, Murat has insider knowledge about the industry and the dynamics of how it operates. With 3 years of experience in commercial insurance, Murat met and excelled all goals set out for him each year. Being fluent in 3 languages (English, Turkish, Russian), gives Murat an edge in breaking the language barrier and excelling in communication with clients.
